Wij zijn Hilde en Alex, trotse Belgische eigenaars van deze gezellige vakantiewoning aan de golfbaan La Marquesa in Rojales sinds 2013.
Onze woning biedt plaats aan max. 4 personen en beschikt over 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. De woning is niet geschikt voor rolstoelpatiënten.

Rojales is een typisch Spaans landbouwdorpje gelegen aan de Costa Blanca. De landbouwers hebben zich gespecialiseerd in citrusvruchten die maar liefst 70% van de totale landbouwgrond innemen. Door Rojales loopt de rivier Seguro.
Rojales is op verschillende vlakken interessant. Het biedt aan éénieder, jong of oud, goede voorzieningen. Er is een gemeentelijke sporthal, theater, aquapark, een zeer mooi natuurgebied (El Recorall) waar je gratis gebruik kan maken van overdekte BBQ´s inclusief stromend water, een 18-holes golfbaan La Marquesa (waar ook de woning is gelegen) waar regelmatig wedstrijden worden gehouden, mensen van "all over the world" komen dan ook naar Rojales om hier te golfen.
Hier schijnt de zon dan ook 300 dagen per jaar.
De prachtige brede zandstranden van Guardamar del Segura zijn gelegen op 7km van de woning.
Blijft U liever genieten aan het zwembad, dan hoeft U slechts 20 stappen te doen. Het gezamenlijk zwembad ligt immers tegenover onze woning.
Supermarkt, Nederlandse bakker, slager, barretjes, restaurants, kapsalon is allemaal op korte afstand zoals ook de eerste hulp bij ongevallen (Medico Centre).
Elche (20km), Alicante (35 km), Murcia (50km), Torrevieja (15 km) waar je lekker kan winkelen, terrasje pakken of lekker kan eten.
Het dichtsbijzijnde vliegveld is El Altet, Alicante op slechts 35 km van Rojales.

Our house can accommodate up to 4 people and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house is not suitable for wheelchair patients.

Rojales is a typical Spanish agricultural village located on the Costa Blanca. The farmers have specialized in citrus fruits, which occupy no less than 70% of the total agricultural land.
The Seguro river runs through Rojales. Rojales is interesting on several levels. It offers good facilities to everyone, young or old.
There is a municipal sports hall, theater, aqua park, a very beautiful nature reserve (El Recorall) where you can make free use of covered BBQs including running water, an 18-hole golf course La Marquesa (where the house is also located) where regular competitions are held, people from "all over the world" come to Rojales to play golf here.
The sun shines here 300 days a year.
The beautiful wide sandy beaches of Guardamar del Segura are located 7 km from the house. If you prefer to enjoy the pool, you only have to take 20 steps.
The communal swimming pool is located opposite our house.
Supermarket, Dutch bakery, butcher, bars, restaurants, hair salon are all a short distance away, as is the first aid in the event of accidents (Medico Center).
